During high-volume periods (holidays, launches), processing may take slightly longer.

Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.

Tracking may take up to 24 hours to update.

Wrong Address Disclaimer

If a wrong address is entered at checkout, we are not responsible for lost packages.

Contact us immediately if you made a mistake—we’ll try our best to correct it before the order ships.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If a package is marked delivered but you didn’t receive it:

1. Check with neighbors or building management

2. Wait 24–48 hours for possible carrier delays

3. Contact the shipping carrier directly

We will assist however we can, but Arical Skin is not responsible for packages after they are marked delivered.
